They were very professional, cleaned up after they were done and had the best price of the 5 vendors with which we spoke.
Each person from sales, phone rep and installers were all so kind and helpfull with all my questions. Highly reccommended!
Very helpful. Workmanship impeccable. Very prompt. Quality products. Couldn't have asked for better pricing or service.
I contacted Broadview Windows in need of serious work done fast at a really good price. I got that and a whole lot more! I HIGHLY recommend Broadview Windows based on my personal experience with them. Ed Bana came on my schedule and was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and really (to be honest) kind. He stayed with me through the whole process and made sure everything was exactly as it should be. The work that was done exceeded my expectations! Rick and his crew are some of the most skilled tradesmen around. They knew exactly what to do and were experts at it! Excellent! Clean, fast, friendly and perfect! I am thrilled with Broadview Windows!
The project went extremely weel. The two men were here a few minutes early and got started right away. They were very careful of my furniture and put tarps down where they were working. The worked continuously and did not stop except for a short lunch break. They were both curtious and I felt very comfortable with them here. The windows are great. I notice how quite the house is now and there is no air coming around the windows. Ed, the sale rep stopped by while they were working to check on the progress and came back after the work was completed to check the work and I paid him the rest at that time. I would recommend them.
They were quick and worked with us around our budget. Overall they did a very nice job. One of the guys even came out and hand cut a few of the stops that were uneven with the other stops on the windows. I do wish I would have been around to see them install the windows so I could have asked questions while they were here but the room looks great and the windows are 100 times better than the windows we had.
Seven windows on the rear of the house were replaced with windows that matched those on the front of the house. We were happy with the windows we had installed on the front of the house five years ago and wanted to get identical windows for the back of the house. Broadview Windows was able to provide the windows at a price very comparable to what we spent on the front windows five years ago. They added capping to the new window which we did not have for the front windows when they were installed five years ago. They also agreed to cap the front windows while installing the new rear windows. Broadview WIndows exceeded my expectations. They were prompt for all meetings, from the initial estimate meeting, the subsequent measurement, and installation. At every point they provided answers to all of my questions. The installers were prompt, and willing to work with me in establishing the order of the install. I was having carpet installed the next day in on of the rooms that was having a new window. They willingly did that room early to give me an opportunity to prepare the room for the carpet install on the following day. At the end of the day they not only cleaned up their mess they also disposed of my old carpet. Clearly above and beyond my expectations.
I meet with Ed Bana from Broadview Windows to obtain estimates on installing new windows and vinyl siding on my home. He gathered all the information that he needed and a couple of days later he called me back with his estimates. I did not make a decision at that time as I was waiting on another bid. After I received the remaining bid, I met with Ed Bana to discuss the details again. He was offering me higher quality products at good prices and Broadview Windows had good ratings/reviews. I decided to accept his offer. He had two staff members come out and remeasure the windows and the exterior for the siding. They ordered the materials and about 5-6 weeks later they came out to install the windows and siding. They didn't tell me that they were installing the siding the same day they were replacing the windows, but that didn't end up being a problem. The crews installing the windows and siding were unsure as to which type of capping I had requested around the windows and fascia/rakes. I told them what I had requested and they had someone go get the right product without any hesitation. The window and siding crews were very polite and courteous. They definitely gave me a sense of confidence that they knew how to do their jobs well. It rained in the afternoon, but the guys waited it out and got back to work after the hard rain was over. The weather wasn't very nice but they didn't complain. The window crew was able to complete all 12 window replacements in one day. The siding crew took 2 days to complete the job. Tearing off the wood shake shingles was a mess, but they cleaned it all up and hauled off all the debris. I am very happy with how my house looks. All the staff at Broadview Windows did a great job from start to finish. Mr. Bana truly does want you to be a satisfied customer and will do everything he can to make that happen. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
We had lots of estimates before making our final decision. It was Ed's professionalism and follow through that helped us make up our minds. We are extremely pleased with the final product. Our windows are beautiful and our siding is perfect. Ed was on site on numerous occasions and the staff he had working on our house were very polite and did a great job! From start to finish the project was easy. Ed made sure we always knew what step we were at in the process. He made sure to address any concerns immediately. Even the clean up was great.
We replaced 15 windows and a sliding glass door in our house. We debated between several different companys and brands of windows. We almost went with another company, but when Broadview Windows came to our house, Ed Bana showed us the triple pane window which we really liked. He was very low key and NOT hard sell in his approach. The owner was personable, warm, and easy to talk to, and was trustworthy .Best of all, there was never a time in his presentation that he made us feel we had to go with his windows, he just shared the facts demonstrated the pros of the window, and we made our own judgements. The triple pane "Alside" window which had one of the best energy ratings is what we went with. The savings was great and the quality of the window was outstanding. Our old windows had lost the gas between the windows and fogged up frequently and what a joy it is now looking out through clear windows and knowing we are saving money on our cooling and heating bill!
Our experience with Broadview was great. I called and the president of the company (Ed) came out himself the next day to do the estimate. Due to budget concerns, we weren't sure if we wanted to replace all the windows in the house. Ed worked with us so that we replace all our windows and still remain in our budget. The lead installer (Rick) came out and measured and within two weeks our new windows were in and we couldn't be happier. It is much quieter now, the new windows look great and operate perfectly. In a year or so when we decide to replace our siding I will be giving Ed a call.
The work was done in a timely manner starting with the windows. The two men doing the windows were very knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after completing their job. The siding was next & there was a crew of about 7 or 8 men. They got rained out on the afternoon of the first day, but stayed and worked about 13 hours the second day to complete the job. The gutters & downspouts were next. We were not scheduled for that day (A Friday with rain in the forecast for the weekend) but two men that live in our area were asked if they would stop on their way home to put up our gutters and downspouts witch they did and completed the job on our home. Ed Bana was who we dealt with and he followed up on every stage of the project. He would call if he had a crew scheduled, to make sure they had arrived on time. Any call we made to him was returned in a timely fashion. He has a good customer relationship with his clients
I contacted Broadview Windows, as well as several other window companies, to get an estimate on having 13 vinyl windows installed. The sales representative (Ed) that came to my home was prompt, courteous and very informative. I hadn't decided on the "brand" of window to install, but after hearing Ed's presentation and doing a lot of research online, I was convinced that Gorell Windows was the brand I wanted to install. Ed gave me a detailed quote which was extremely reasonable. I counter-offered and Ed accepted my price. The measurer came out almost immediately and my windows were ordered. I was told my custom-made windows would take 6-8 weeks. After a few weeks, I was contacted by Ed and was told my windows had arrived! The installers were AWESOME!!! I can't say enough good things about them! They went above and BEYOND and were extremely friendly. They took down window blinds that were difficult for me to do, took out my window air conditioners and re-installed them and did an excellent job cleaning up. They even showed up earlier than expected... how many times can you say that about a company sending people to do work in your home??? I would welcome this group anytime to do work in my home... If I could give this company an A+, I would. Thank you, Broadview Windows (Ed, Rick, Mike and group) for making this whole experience stress-free! I will be contacting you next year to do the remaining windows in my home. Thank you so much, ED!!!
